What this site collects today
This website is a static early-access page. If you join the waitlist, Guardian may collect your name, email address, whether you are signing up for yourself or a family member, an optional question or note, and your consent to receive product updates. We also receive basic technical information that any website receives, such as browser type and the page you visited.
How we use waitlist information
We use waitlist details to confirm your request, send Guardian product updates and early-access information, answer questions you include in the form, and understand whether families or older adults themselves are asking for help. We do not sell this information. You can opt out of updates anytime by emailing hello@guardiandpa.com.
Form processing
The early-access form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to hello@guardiandpa.com. FormSubmit may briefly handle your submission so the message can reach us. The form includes a captcha and a hidden honeypot field to reduce spam. After a successful submit, you are sent to our thanks page on guardiandpa.com.
What we do not collect on this page
This static site does not create an account, accept payments, store login credentials, or upload scam-check photos. There is no client, family, or DPA portal on this host. If you email us, we will see whatever you choose to include in that message.
When the Guardian product launches
When the full service is available, Guardian may collect account and contact details, login and authentication data, plan and billing metadata, protected-person details, family or caregiver relationship information, suspicious-message content, uploaded images, chat questions, support notes, device and usage information, and audit logs. We will update this policy before those product features go live.
Scans, images, emails, and questions
When you later use Scan It, Ask It, inbound email, or support features, Guardian will process the content you provide so we can review it, classify risk, explain the result, create follow-up tasks, and keep an activity record. That content may include personal information if it appears in the message, image, email, or question you submit.
Family visibility
If a family member, caregiver, or buyer is later connected to a protected person, that person may see selected activity such as scans, questions, follow-up status, notes, safety updates, and account events. Guardian uses this visibility to help families stay informed when the stakes are high.
AI and human review
Guardian may send submitted product content and related context to AI providers to generate scam-risk guidance, and may route higher-risk or uncertain items to human reviewers. We aim to send only what is needed. Suspicious messages often include names, phone numbers, account references, images, links, or payment details, so please avoid sharing more than you need.
Service providers
Guardian may share information with trusted providers that help us operate the waitlist or the future product, including website hosting, FormSubmit, email providers, and later cloud storage, SMS, payment processors such as Square, security tools, and AI providers. These providers are allowed to process information only for the services they provide to Guardian.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist information as long as we are building and launching Guardian, or until you ask us to remove it. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@guardiandpa.com. You choose what to submit and whether to receive non-essential updates.
Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this site and for form delivery. No online service can guarantee perfect security. Do not send money, passwords, or one-time codes based only on an unverified message.
Children
Guardian is designed for adults and families protecting adults. It is not intended for children under 13.
